All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We will not charge your credit card when you make your booking, we will only validate the authenticity of the card. Only when booking advance purchase rates will full pre-payment be processed at the time of reservation and will be non-refundable

Bookings cancelled later than 6pm the day prior to arrival will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation at the rate booked.

Arrival dates may be changed within 24 hours of check-in time without penalty.

Change in arrival date is subject to availability and a surcharge may apply if the new arrival date falls within a peak period. Normal cancellation policy will apply for the new booking. Only one change of arrival date is permitted.

In the case of a NON ARRIVAL a fee of one room night at the rate booked for each room booked will be charged to your credit card.

Special Event and High Season Bookings

All bookings during high season or special event periods will be charged the first nights accommodation as a deposit on making the reservation. Full payment is then required 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations during Special Event Periods or High Season

Bookings cancelled two weeks prior to the arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee and fully refunded.

Bookings cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one nights accommodation in full.

Bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the entire accommodation in full.

Amendments and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel or online if permitted by the rate.
